Seeking therapy is an individual choice. There are many reasons why people come to therapy. Sessions: 

Initial session time  for Individual or couples range from  60 - 90 min.

Follow up sessions  for individual or couples are 50 min.

Your initial session is generally gathering information of your current situation, your history, identifying your goals, and building rapport with integrity and dignity in a comfortable conversational style.  Each therapist has their own style and it is important that you feel we are a good fit and at ease. 

Couples Therapy

Your initial session is gathering information of your current situation, your history as a couple and individually, identifying your individual goals as well as your goals as a couple, in conversational style, maintaining integrity, dignity, and professionalism.  The goal is to maintain a positive atmosphere while identifying challenges, developing effective communication and listening skills, and additional techniques to help you meet your needs and move forward to reach your goals.
