Julie Bilsky is a psychotherapist and supervisor with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health. She is the founder and owner of her own private practice, where she provides outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and groups with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, and bereavement. She also offers clinical supervision for registered clinical social workers who are seeking licensure in Florida.

In addition to her private practice, Julie served for 13+ years as the Clinical Internship Program Manager and Mental Health Supervisor at the Outlook Clinic, a non-profit agency that provides free mental health services to the community. There, she carried her own case load and oversaw 200 active high risk adult patients, trained and supervised Interns in treatment modalities and techniques combined with suicide prevention initiatives. She is also a board member of the Field Supervisor Advisory Committee at the University of Central Florida, where she has contributed to the development and improvement of the clinical social work curriculum. Julie's passion for mental health and education has earned her multiple awards and recognition from the National Association of Social Workers, Central FL Unit and University of Central Florida.
